Martial Arts Fitness Series 1, Episode 6

Martial Arts Fitness

This is the sixth and final episode of our CHANGE YOUR MIND, CHANGE YOUR BODY® Martial Arts Fitness by BUSHIDO KARATE  series. We hope you’ve enjoyed learning the techniques used by practicing martial artists. By using all the non-contact components of our style, Martial Arts Fitness training defines muscles and strengthens core function.

The most important thing you can do is practice, rinse, repeat! You will feel better and be healthier. It starts with willingness; Change Your Mind, Change Your Body®

Back kick for a tight butt

The final episode instructs on proper technique for a back kick; one of the strongest kicks in the martial arts. All the energy in your body is collected in your hips and results in explosive power. We demonstrate the kick and how to use a wall as a guide. Then we combine back kick and front kick ending with blocks and strikes using light weights.
