Measure across the palm of your hand at the location of your lower knuckles. Use the following sizing guidelines for gloves:
- Small: 3 1/4 – 3 3/8 inches
- Medium: 3 3/8 – 3 5/8 inches
- Large: 3 5/8 – 3 3/4 inches
- X-Large: 3 3/4 – 3 7/8 inches
