We spent some time videoing with courageous and willing ladies in order to bring you the first episode in the 2nd series of CHANGE YOUR MIND, CHANGE YOUR BODY® Martial Arts Fitness by BUSHIDO KARATE .
I encourage you to watch the first series to become familiar with the stances and techniques. This fitness program is modeled after traditional karate techniques to get you in the best shape ever! The important thing to remember is that karate is an art form. You will definitely get some aerobic exercise by simply moving – but this is about doing the techniques correctly.
Series 2, Episode 1 is less than 15 minutes. It puts together upper block, lower block and knee kicks in a classroom setting. You can follow along and if at anytime you’re unsure just go back to Series 1. That is where we explain how to do the moves correctly.
I hope you enjoy these video tutorials/fitness instruction. Stick with it and practice daily! We are in the early stages of developing your new routine. Be gentle with yourself and be patient. Carefully listen to the instruction given and try to mimic the instructor. It’s not just getting it done – it’s getting it done the right way!
