In-person training restarts Spring 2021
Our “hybrid” model of teaching
Online Karate Classes for Kids, Teens and Adults
COVID-19 really changed how we all teach, and how we learn. Our online Karate programs were already in development before the pandemic, so we were a step-ahead of most martial arts schools. We just needed to move a little faster than expected, and we did!
Our online Karate classes are a fantastic way for anyone to learn and practice a traditional martial art. Beginners learn the basics in small online groups. Bushido Karate instructors personally teach these classes in real time with the incredible technology of Zoom. It’s a personalized program where you’ll receive real-time feedback and support! It’s a journey worth taking.
In-person Karate Classes resume!
We are finalizing our plans to begin training in-person. A new schedule will be published allowing students to train in-person two times a week! Online classes will remain in session all other days. Students living in or near Westchester County, N.Y. can begin anytime. Online, in-person or both! Classes are small and every safety measure is taken. Masks are worn throughout training, students are safely distanced, there is no person-to-person contact and everyone gets a temperature check at the door!
Just the camraderie of training in the same space can be a comfort and support to fellow students.

NEW! “Private group” lessons
Safe and socially distant are important to everyone’s health and well-being. But so is physical activity, and especially true during this pandemic.
Learning pods and children enrolled in home-schooling need a disciplined and consistent physical outlet. Teens and adults working virtually most of their day definitely need some scheduled activity to look forward to.
Because we are all in this together, we are offering more ways to get the fitness you need while staying safe.
Available for all ages
So many parents have chosen to form “learning pods” of 5 or 6 children to ensure the health and well-being of the kids and your families. Gym classes, school sports and after-school activities have been canceled. Kids need planned and organized physical activity in order to keep their bodies moving and their minds stimulated. Teens and adults need to switch focus and spend time keeping physically fit. Scheduling Private Group Karate classes will absolutely fill that void.
